This automatic eye drop filling machine is built for accurate small-volume liquid filling, dropper plug inserting and screw capping in one compact line. It is suitable for eye drop solution, artificial tears, ophthalmic liquid, eye wash, nasal drops, oral liquid, e-liquid, essential oil and other low-viscosity liquids packed in small plastic or glass bottles.
With optional peristaltic pump, ceramic pump or piston pump filling systems, the machine can be customized according to filling volume, liquid characteristics and cleanliness requirements. Automatic bottle feeding, no-bottle-no-fill detection, plug inserting, cap feeding and stable capping help reduce manual operation and improve packaging consistency.
