Our Story
Shanghai Honest Machinery began with a simple belief: buying a filling machine should not feel like taking a risk. After seeing manufacturers struggle with unreliable equipment and unanswered service requests, I wanted to build a company that customers could trust—not only before an order, but throughout the entire life of their production line.
For years, I worked in the packaging machinery industry and spoke with manufacturers from different countries. Many shared the same frustrating experience: the machine looked suitable during the sales process, but after delivery, it could not handle their bottles, caps or products properly. When problems appeared, technical support was often slow—or completely unavailable.
Seeing customers lose production time, money and confidence in Chinese machinery made me realize that the industry needed a more responsible approach. That was why I founded Shanghai Honest Machinery: to provide automatic filling machines and complete bottling lines that are designed around the customer’s actual product, container and production needs.
Today, our team develops customized filling, capping, labeling and packaging solutions for liquids, pastes, powders and granules. But our vision goes beyond manufacturing equipment. We want customers to feel supported from the first technical discussion to installation, operation and future maintenance.
