Our glass dropper bottle filling machine is designed for 5–100ml small bottles used in essential oil, tincture, CBD oil, e-liquid, cosmetic serum, eye drops, oral liquid and fragrance oil production. It can automatically complete liquid filling, dropper plug inserting, cap tightening and optional round bottle labeling in one compact line.
The machine can be equipped with a peristaltic pump, ceramic pump or piston pump according to your liquid viscosity, filling volume and cleaning requirements. Anti-drip nozzles, no-bottle-no-fill control and stable cap torque help reduce leakage, waste and rework during daily production.

For manufacturers filling several essential oil fragrances, we can configure the machine with a peristaltic pump filling system. In this design, the liquid only contacts the replaceable filling tube, which helps simplify cleaning and reduce the risk of fragrance carryover.
When changing from one oil or scent to another, operators can replace or clean the tubing instead of dismantling the entire filling system. For thicker carrier oils or products requiring a different pump type, dedicated product-contact parts and customized cleaning procedures can also be provided.
Yes. The automatic essential oil filling machine can be customized for different small bottle formats, including glass dropper bottles, amber bottles, roller bottles, plastic bottles and small vials. Common filling sizes range from approximately 5 ml to 100 ml, depending on the final machine configuration.
Bottle guides, filling positions, plug-inserting parts and capping components can be adjusted or replaced when changing bottle formats. Before production, we recommend sending bottle, dropper, cap and label samples so that the complete line can be tested with your actual packaging.
The actual production speed depends on the filling volume, oil viscosity, number of filling nozzles, bottle stability, dropper or plug design, cap-feeding method and required filling accuracy.
A machine running 10 ml bottles may achieve a higher output than the same machine filling 50 ml or 100 ml bottles. Complicated dropper insertion or irregular caps can also affect the final line speed. For this reason, the recommended capacity should be confirmed after reviewing your bottle samples and target output rather than relying only on a standard maximum-speed figure.
Before shipment, the machine can be tested with the customer’s actual bottles, caps, droppers and essential oil samples whenever these are available. During the factory acceptance test, the filling volume, continuous running stability, dropper insertion, cap positioning, tightening performance and finished-bottle leakage can be checked.
Test videos and operating results can be provided for customer confirmation. The filling parameters and capping settings are then saved or documented, helping operators reproduce the tested performance after installation at the customer’s factory.
