This 10ml essential oil filling machine is built for accurate filling, plug pressing and capping of small glass bottles, dropper bottles and aromatherapy oil bottles. It can be configured for 5ml, 10ml, 15ml, 30ml, 50ml and 100ml containers, making it suitable for essential oil, fragrance oil, serum, tincture, CBD oil, e-liquid and other low-viscosity liquids.
The machine can work as a standalone essential oil bottle filling machine or be connected with capping, labeling and coding systems to form a complete automatic packaging line. Customized filling pumps, bottle fixtures and capping heads are available according to your bottle size, cap type and production capacity.

It can handle small glass or plastic bottles in round, square, flat or other customized shapes. Suitable bottle guides, filling settings, plug-inserting parts and capping heads are configured according to your actual bottle and closure samples. A sample test is recommended before production to confirm bottle stability and cap-feeding performance.
A peristaltic pump is normally recommended for low-viscosity essential oils, fragrance oils and products with multiple scents because the liquid only contacts the filling tube. Changing the tube helps reduce cleaning time and the risk of cross-contamination between different fragrances.
A servo-controlled piston pump is more suitable when the product has a higher or changing viscosity. The final filling system should be selected according to the product viscosity, filling volume, number of fragrances and required production speed.

For compatible bottle and cap designs, trained operators can normally complete a size changeover in approximately 35 minutes by adjusting the conveyor guides, bottle positioning parts, filling nozzles and capping height.
