This automatic mayonnaise filling machine is designed for thick sauce and condiment products that require clean, accurate and repeatable filling. It is suitable for mayonnaise, mayo sauce, salad dressing, ketchup, chili sauce, jam, honey, peanut butter, tomato paste and other high-viscosity food products.
The machine can be configured as a complete mayonnaise packing line, including bottle feeding, servo piston filling, cap sorting, capping, induction sealing, labeling, date coding and carton packing. Anti-drip filling nozzles help keep the bottle mouth clean before capping, while the food-grade stainless steel contact parts support daily production and easier cleaning.
It works with plastic bottles, PET bottles, HDPE containers, squeeze bottles and glass jars from 0.5L to 5L. Filling heads, hopper design, pump system, bottle size range and production speed can be customized according to your product viscosity, container shape, cap type and required output.
