Yes. The machine uses a servo-controlled piston filling system designed for viscous products such as honey, syrup, jam and thick sauces. Anti-drip filling nozzles and an optional jacketed hopper with heating and mixing can help maintain a stable flow. Honey that has become heavily crystallized should normally be gently heated and restored to a pumpable condition before filling.
The machine can be customized for PET bottles, HDPE bottles, bear-shaped honey bottles, squeeze bottles, round bottles and flat plastic containers. The published filling range is 50–2000 ml, with the nozzle quantity and conveyor configuration selected according to the required output.
The filling system can use anti-drip or suck-back nozzles to pull residual honey back after each filling cycle. The nozzle diameter, filling speed, hopper temperature and diving position can also be adjusted according to the honey viscosity and bottle-neck size.
Product-contact components can be manufactured from food-grade stainless steel, and the hopper can be equipped with mixing, heating and automatic cleaning functions. For customers packing several honey varieties, the pipe layout and removable contact parts can be designed to reduce product residue and changeover time.
Please provide the bottle dimensions, filling volume, bottle and cap photos, honey viscosity or filling temperature, required bottles per hour and the modules needed after filling. Sending physical bottle and cap samples is recommended before final engineering and factory acceptance testing.
