This automatic nail polish filling machine is built for accurate filling and stable capping of 5ml, 10ml, 15ml and custom glass nail polish bottles. It can handle nail polish, gel polish, nail varnish, base coat, top coat and similar cosmetic liquids.
The line can be customized with bottle feeding, liquid filling, inner plug pressing, brush cap placing, screw capping, labeling and coding. According to your liquid viscosity and production speed, we can recommend a peristaltic pump or piston pump filling system to improve filling accuracy and reduce waste.
For cosmetic factories producing multiple colors, the machine supports easier cleaning, faster changeover and customized bottle testing before production. It is also suitable for small bottle filling applications such as perfume, essential oil, serum, e-liquid and eye drops.
