For different liquid characteristics, the vial filler can be equipped with peristaltic pump, ceramic pump, piston pump or servo filling system to improve filling accuracy, reduce dripping and keep product contact parts easy to clean.

The best pump depends on the product. Peristaltic pumps minimize direct contact between the liquid and mechanical pump parts and make tubing replacement easier. Ceramic pumps are often selected for precise low-viscosity dosing, while piston or servo-controlled systems can handle a broader viscosity range. Testing with the actual liquid is recommended before confirming the pump type.
The machine can be designed according to the customer’s GMP and cleanroom requirements, but GMP compliance cannot be established by purchasing one machine alone. Compliance depends on the complete equipment design, facility, utilities, operating procedures, cleaning processes, documentation, validation and production controls.
Please provide the filling volume, required production speed, liquid characteristics, vial dimensions, bottle material, stopper type, cap type and required downstream processes. Clear photos, drawings and physical samples of the vial, rubber stopper and cap are especially important for confirming the feeding, positioning and closing system.
