This automatic mayonnaise filling machine is designed for thick sauce and condiment products that require clean, accurate and repeatable filling. The piston size, nozzle diameter, filling speed and hopper design should be configured according to the actual mayonnaise viscosity and filling temperature.
For mayonnaise that becomes thicker at lower temperatures, an optional jacketed hopper with gentle mixing can help maintain stable flow. Any heating temperature should be confirmed through product testing because excessive heat or aggressive agitation may affect the mayonnaise emulsion and texture.
The published customizable configuration supports approximately 10–100 bottles per minute, using 1–12 filling nozzles, with filling accuracy of about ±1% depending on the product. Actual output is affected by filling volume, product viscosity, container opening, number of nozzles, cap type and downstream equipment.
Air trapped in mayonnaise, viscosity variations and incorrect calibration can affect filling consistency. The guaranteed production rate and accuracy should therefore be confirmed through testing with the customer’s actual product and containers rather than based only on the machine’s maximum rated speed.
It may be possible, but the particle size, concentration and product viscosity must be evaluated before selecting the pump, valves, hoses and filling nozzles. Larger passages and customized nozzles may be required to reduce blockage.
If particles settle during production, a gentle mixing system may help maintain a more uniform product. Large vegetable pieces, beans or meat particles may not pass through a standard filling tube and could require a separate filling process or a specially designed system.
The product-contact components can be manufactured from food-grade stainless steel, and the machine can include a hopper with mixing, heating and automatic cleaning functions. Removable nozzles, hoses, piston components and seals can also simplify inspection and manual cleaning.
For buyers requiring a formal CIP process, the technical agreement should clearly define cleaning temperature, detergent concentration, circulation time, return piping, drainability and validation requirements. A basic automatic rinsing function should not automatically be treated as a fully validated CIP system. CIP normally cleans closed product paths by circulating water and cleaning agents under controlled conditions.
