Our automatic glass bottle cold coffee filling machine is designed for filling cold brew coffee, iced coffee, RTD coffee, coffee concentrate, milk coffee, flavored coffee drinks and other non-carbonated beverage products into glass bottles, PET bottles or small beverage containers.
This inline coffee filling machine can be customized according to your bottle volume, coffee type, viscosity, foam level, filling temperature, cap style and target production capacity. For clear coffee or low-viscosity coffee beverages, gravity filling, flow meter filling or overflow filling can be selected. For milk coffee, coffee concentrate or slightly thicker beverage products, piston filling can be configured to improve filling stability and accuracy.

Yes, the machine can be configured for different cold coffee formulations, including black coffee, latte, milk coffee, sweetened coffee and some drinks with light suspended particles. The most important point is to match the filling system with the actual product viscosity, temperature and ingredient characteristics.
For milk-based or sugar-containing drinks, we usually recommend a hygienic filling solution with food-grade contact parts and easy-clean structure. If your product has fine particles or a thicker texture, we can also evaluate the flow behavior and recommend the most suitable filling method after checking your sample details.
This depends on your product process. The machine can be designed for cold filling, normal-temperature filling, or hot filling, depending on your beverage and shelf-life requirements. For ready-to-drink cold coffee in glass bottles, many customers use cold or ambient filling together with sterilization or pasteurization steps elsewhere in the line.
If your product requires hot filling, please share the filling temperature, bottle type and target output. We can then confirm whether the machine structure, sealing components and conveyor design should be upgraded for that process.
Compatibility is confirmed based on your bottle and cap details. We normally check the bottle height, diameter, mouth size, neck finish, cap type and label area before finalizing the machine design. This is especially important for glass bottles because bottle stability, bottle neck alignment and cap feeding accuracy directly affect production performance.
If you send us your bottle and cap samples or drawings, we can evaluate whether one machine can run multiple bottle sizes and what change parts may be needed.

Some customers also need mixing tanks, filtration, sterilization or inspection equipment before or after filling.
