The best filling method depends on the oil type, bottle volume, required accuracy and production capacity rather than simply choosing one technology for every edible oil.

For example, a servo-controlled piston filler provides precise volume control and works well across different viscosities. Flow-meter filling can be attractive for continuous high-speed production, while net-weight filling measures the actual product weight and can be useful where product giveaway must be closely controlled.

However, changing from one oil to another should not be treated as only changing a touchscreen recipe. The product-contact circuit must also be properly cleaned when cross-product carryover matters.

• conveyor footprint,
• center of gravity,
• neck position,
• filling time,
• cap size,
• and labeling requirements.

Your current machine supports 50–5000ml filling, can quickly change for different bottle diameters, and uses servo control to adjust filling volume for different formats.

However, if both formats will be produced frequently, the line should be designed from the beginning around the full bottle family—including guide rails, filling nozzle spacing, cap feeding and downstream labeling—not just the filler.
