Yes. The machine can be configured for alcohol-based liquid sanitizer, semi-viscous hand gel, disinfectant, antibacterial liquid and hand wash products. A servo-controlled piston filling system is suitable for a broad viscosity range, but the piston size, nozzle diameter, filling speed and hopper configuration must be selected according to the actual formulation.

For very thin, foamy or highly shear-sensitive products, a different pump or filling method may be more suitable. The final configuration should therefore be confirmed through a viscosity review and sample filling test rather than relying only on the product name.

It depends on the alcohol concentration, product flash point, filling-room ventilation, production volume and local hazardous-area classification. A standard hand sanitizer filling machine should not automatically be described as explosion-proof.

Alcohol-based hand rub is potentially flammable. Projects involving flammable vapor may require explosion-proof electrical components, suitable motors and sensors, grounding and bonding, antistatic measures, ventilation and locally compliant equipment. European buyers may need an ATEX-compliant configuration, while US projects may need equipment suitable for the applicable Class and Division classification. The product SDS and local safety requirements should be provided before engineering begins.

The line can be customized for round, square and flat bottles in formats ranging from travel-size containers to larger pump bottles. Compatible closure options may include lotion pumps, flip-top caps, screw caps, press caps and trigger or gun-style closures.

Different caps normally require suitable cap-feeding, cap-placement and tightening structures. Physical bottle and cap samples are recommended because neck diameter, thread type, pump-tube length and cap rigidity directly affect the capping design and running stability.

The product-contact components can be manufactured from stainless steel, with SS316L available where stronger chemical compatibility is required. The current configuration can also include an automatic cleaning function, while removable filling nozzles, hoses, pistons and seals can make manual inspection and cleaning easier.

Before ordering, the customer should confirm whether the line will process only one formulation or switch between alcohol sanitizer, gel, disinfectant and hand wash. The cleaning method, acceptable residue level, seal material and flushing liquid should be agreed in the technical specification.
